Get help with the AnkaRoute iOS app, account access, notifications, route tracking, subscriptions, and privacy requests.

Account and app access

If sign-in, saved flights, or route tracking data does not appear as expected, try updating the app and signing in again. For account-specific help, contact support from the email address connected to your account when possible.

Notifications and route tracking

For alert issues, check iOS notification permissions for AnkaRoute and confirm that your tracking filters, dates, budget, and destination settings are still active in the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad are managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel them from iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. For billing or refund decisions, Apple purchase support policies apply.

Account deletion and data requests

You can use the account deletion option in the app when available. You can also email support for privacy, data access, or deletion requests.

Flights and booking links

Flight prices, availability, and booking conditions may change on airline or travel partner pages. Reservations and payment steps on external websites are handled by the relevant provider.
